Questions

The ones worth answering.

Why is there no price on this page?
Because we would have to change it. We are early, the first shops on each package are shaping what it includes, and a number printed here would be wrong for half of them. A demo ends with a real quote for your shop, not a range.
Do I have to start at Core?
No, but most do. Each package includes the one before it, so Growth comes with the receptionist and the portal too. Start where you are actually losing money — if the phone is handled and the problem is that it does not ring enough, start at Growth.
What happens to calls you cannot handle?
They come to you. The AI transfers live when a call is not a service matter — a billing dispute, a supplier, an existing customer who needs you specifically — rather than filing it as a lead.
Is this locked to one trade?
It is built for home service trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer, restoration, roofing — because that is where an after-hours call is worth the most and where the playbook is sharpest. Commercial shops run on it too; we just do not pretend the script was written for them.
Do you send review request texts?
Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. Outbound messaging requires carrier registration that is still in progress. Until it clears, review generation on Growth runs through channels that are compliant today.
Does the ad budget come out of the package?
No. You pay the platforms directly on your own card, and you keep the account — we never take your login, only partner access. The package is the work: the build, the creative, the optimisation, and a kill number we agree before a dollar is spent.

Tell us your call volume and how much of it you are missing. The demo ends with a quote, not a brochure.

What it costs, and what moves the number

How much does an AI answering service cost?

Core is $1,500 to set up and $750 per month, on a 12-month initial term. It is billed as a flat monthly fee, not per minute and not per call — which is the structural difference from a traditional answering service, where a busy week arrives as a larger invoice precisely when you can least absorb it. Pro, Growth and Autonomy are priced above Core; ask on the demo. A signed Order Form can state different terms and controls if it does.

What does a traditional answering service cost by comparison?

Live answering services typically bill per minute or per call, so the monthly total tracks call volume and spikes in your busiest weeks. The trade-off is a human on unusual calls. For most small shops the honest comparison is not against a live service at all — it is against voicemail, which is free and loses the job.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

Yes to both, and they are worth knowing before the demo rather than after. Core carries a $1,500 setup fee due at signing and a 12-month initial term you cannot cancel out of for convenience. After that it renews month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days written notice. The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding and configuration begin, because that is where the work is.

What happens if my call volume goes up?

Nothing changes on the monthly fee. Flat billing exists specifically so a storm week or a heat wave does not cost more, which is the opposite of how per-minute answering services behave.

How does this compare to hiring a receptionist?

A full-time receptionist covers roughly forty hours a week and costs a salary plus payroll taxes and benefits. Core covers all 168 hours at $750 a month and answers every call at once during a surge. What a person still does better is a genuinely unusual conversation.

Which package should I start with?

Core, unless you already answer every call. The phone is where most shops are bleeding, and the packages are cumulative — Pro adds follow-up for stalled leads, Growth adds marketing to fill the pipeline, and Autonomy adds back-office automation. Start where the bleeding is and move up when that leak is closed.
